Add a small button on an update to merge it to the next update above it.

Add action, if not exists (check destination path, like merging on update)
If file or directory at destination path will be removed in newer update but updated in older update, do not add the update action
If file or directory at destination path will be removed in older update but added again in newer update, do not add remove action
